"Jenny and Carpet One are the BEST! Jenny has been fantastic to work with and is the epitome of professionalism, expertise, and delightful conversations! We can't thank her enough for her management of our carpet needs as they were extensive and she made the process so easy and enjoyable! Carpet One has the best prices and prompt delivery. The gentlemen who completed the work in our home and most recently in our son's home were amazing and we still can't believe the transformation. This is a company you can completely trust from start to finish, so please reach out to Jenny for your carpet needs! PS...Jenny, let's schedule another installation for 2022!"

"Personable people answers phone and answers questions . She went onto to floor to look for item I was inquiring about even though it was not a big sale...just a bottle of cleaner. Arrived and another nice, personable lady helped me. I do not know first hand about thier floor installing or (maybe I do since I mop one every two weeks ), but the lady I work for is completely happy with hers and would recommend them."

"10 days after my installation water began seeping up through my new floor. We discovered a leak under the sink. When we called the company they said, "It is not their fault, the floor is LVP and is 100% water proof, just pull it up and let it dry before you relay it." They offered to relay it at the rate of $20 per hour. While negotiating with them the salespersons stated, "The installer said there was no leak when he turned the water back on." Ultimately, we decided to take on the "relaying project" ourselves. During this time it became obvious that the floor was inferior quality, that having water under it for 10 days negatively impacted the integrity and it was damaged. We also discovered boards that did not go all the way under the quarter round and some boards that did not have the allotted spacing against the wall. The transitions were installed extremely bumpy and uneven. In the end, we compromised on a free box of Armstrong LVP, them repairing a small section under the fridge and the bumpy transition plates. We are two weeks out from the repair. Our floor is popping up in several places. We are dissatisfied with the services provided and the quality of the flooring. Looking back now, since they admitted to being the one that cut the water on and off, I should have demanded a new floor. I will not have this floor long. I will not use this company again."
