"This store never opens on time! The employees are always late coming in.."
"Doing some quick shopping and was in a tight, and had to use the restroom. Mind you there were no restroom closed to public signs. Maria the manager opened the male restroom for me instead of the female and lied and said the male restroom was closed. Never been so humiliated in my life. Although I was a female like her she obviously didn’t think I was worthy of the female restroom. This is completely unacceptable and I will be calling corporate on Monday morning."
"Even for a Family Dollar, this place is a dump. Piles of merchandise in the aisles, piles of unmarked and disorganized junk on the shelves, dirty floors, etc. The one cashier working apparently did not speak English, and held up the line while the stocker translated for her. After six minutes of waiting on this, it was finally my turn to check out. But just then, the stocker opened up a second register and started waiting on the people at the BACK of the line, all of whom also spoke her same language. She ignored several people who were standing there with armloads of merchandise to help out her selected few customers. Corporate needs to clean house. Even poor people deserve more respect than this store has to offer."
"Staff is usually very friendly but I came on 12/19 at 2:50 pm and experienced a somewhat racial encounter, the cashier greeted the prior lady served her and handed her receipt I however received no greeting no interaction and even my receipt came out the cashier stared me down signaling for me to grab it.. The only difference is the color of our skin. unacceptable I won’t be back to this location"
