"I had a great experience last night. My nail lady was a no show, so I needed to be seen last minute. They close at 8, I called around 7. They still took me in and provided me with great care! I didn't feel rushed at all. I've been to tons of nail spa's, and I still think this place gives the best pedicure HANDS DOWN. The deluxe is priced at 45$ and worth every penny. Lynn did my set, and I was thankful she noticed I have wide nail beds and shaped my nails so they wouldn't be so wide. My feet and hands look great! They even stayed open an extra hour for me, and still took their time and were very gentle. Highly recommend."

"If you are wanting a pleasant and relaxing experience where the manicurist are caring, friendly and actually converse some with you, this may not be the place for you. The tech giving my pedicure today did a good job with the shaping and polishing but was so rough and abrasive exfoliating my heals, I am surprised they are not bleeding! Made for a horrible experience!! She has always done good work but always very unfriendly the times I have used her but never as rough as she was today. Only once has there been soft music playing as most times you are having to listen to them all converse in their foreign language amongst themselves which I find to be very rude and unprofessional when customers are present. I have used up my gift cards and I will not be back. There are too many nail salons that offer good services and are also friendly and extend appreciation to their customers."

"Second try with this place since it's near my house. Second disappointing experience. Polish was very thick out of the bottle so though the technician thinned out a bit. While that may have helped, she applied it in 2 very thick coats that weren't even (see photos). When I had to ask her to clean up the edges, she seemed a little irritated. She put me under a uv light while she rushed around to prep a pedicure station, then she declared my nails dry. As I was driving away, I realized that while the polish surface may have been dry, the thick coats were not. The surface was essentially floating on top. NOT going to give them another try. It seemed like the regular clients were very happy to be there."
