"Horrible customer service. The product made my skin dry out AND simultaneously gave me hives. I apparently (unbeknownst to me) agreed to a monthly subscription. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. I cannot use the product and they automatically deducted my account $200 and shipped a new supply. I called (after I sent 4 emails with no response!!) and was told they would not issue a refund even though I said I wanted to return it unopened (I haven’t even received it yet). READ THE FINE PRINT. AND THEN KEEP YOUR FINE LINES BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT DOESN’T WORK."
