"We hired Mike Gorman, of West KY Home Improvement for 2 costly jobs. The first job went fine but the second job didn’t. He completed over half the work, but subcontracted the rest without letting us know. It was months later that we discovered the work they did was substandard and very poor quality. Mr. Gorman was aware of the poor job but didn’t say or do anything. He was willing to fix the problems, but only if we paid him additional money. Based on this experience we find Mr. Gorman to be unreliable, would not recommend him, and don’t plan to do business with him again."

"It's often exhausting to find someone to remodel that's trustworthy and knows what they're doing. We found Michael at West Ky Home Improvement and glad we did. He remodeled our bathroom, kitchen and put in a sliding door for us. Michael was professional and easy to work with and also has better prices than most people around here . PLUS he actually calls you back unlike a lot of people that own a business in the same line of work! I would recommend him to do any remodeling you might need done. Our house looks great. I've attached a before and after picture of our bathroom so you can see the results."

"Mike did a complete "floor to ceiling" remodel on one of our bathrooms. He removed the tub, shower surround, vanity, toilet, flooring, lighting, moisture vent, etc before starting the rebuild. During the removal phase, he kept the area free of debris and cleaned up daily. Mike then moved into the rebuild where he moved electrical plugs to areas that made more sense, moved the lighting fixtures to accommodate the layout, skim coated the walls and ceiling, and installed a new vanity, tub, tile surround, toilet and flooring. Throughout the process Mike listened to our needs and wants but was also quick to consult with us when he felt it was appropriate. He is very crafty, meticulous, and detailed oriented. The end result was a beautiful new bathroom! More importantly, we found the right person to do our second bathroom remodel in the near future! I highly recommend Mike!!"
