"Horrible experience. Got a acrylic dip set, the lady (her name is Vivian I believe & possibly the owner) did a bad job on my nails (Saturday). I didn’t realize how lumpy, uneven my nails were until I got home. Went back Monday & told the gentleman (who is very kind) to buff it down so the nails are smooth. After 10m of this young man rectifying the situation, she comes over & yells at him (based on the tone of her voice). She proceeds to tell me, that she “did nothing wrong it’s the brand & color of the dip that causes the lumpy uneven texture” but when I ask why would you let me pick that color — she says “some customers like the marble texture”. I was confused. She finished up the job, albeit very rushed & clearly mad, took it out on my poor nails. She picked a different color & put so much on that my nails are now thick. After $60 for my acrylic dip set, $40 for my regular pedi - I felt scammed. I just would stay away from this place, unless you get the young gentleman then he’s very good."

"Pretty mani pedi! Calming environment. My nail tech cut maybe a bit too deep on my cuticles and there was some bleeding on a few fingers but in her defense they were really overgrown I think."

"I've received a pedicure and manicure from this salon before and loved it on my natural nails. This time I got an acrylic set and a basic pedicure and ended up spending $80 for a terrible job. I walked out of the salon with polish underneath my acrylics, my middle finger on both hands are two different sizes and shapes, all of my nails are not filed straight, and the nail tech didn't even know what brush to use to do the straight line designs on my accent fingers. Also both accent nails are not the same like the picture I had was. She ended up flipping the colors on the accent nails. I left it be because I didn't want her to have to struggle anymore since she had already spent an hour on my nails. Then I had my pedicure done and hours after I got them done, both big toes paint is smudged. I will not be returning to this salon."
