"I am the President of a local landscaping company, & general construction contractor. I have accounts with most major suppliers, & have bought from Tracy's before with no issues. Upon arrival two employees came out to assist us. A lady who was very kind, & younger man on stand by. I saw some very large pavers that I could use for a project, and told them I would return in a few to purchase them. I returned 20 minutes later. Both employees, (lady & younger man), were serving a customer, & the lady said she was be with us shortly. Next an older employee came around on a front end loader, (I thought to assist us), but asked if we needed a pallet, & dropped a badly broken pallet at our feet. He then left, & parked the front end loader. My employee, & myself proceeded to move, & load the heavy pavers by hand onto the broken pallet. Not wanting to load 5 different kinds of pavers by hand onto one pallet, only to have to unload them again to be weighed according to type & pricing, I looked for assistance, & saw the lady, & young man helping another customer, but the older man just standing, front end loader not being used. I went and asked if I could have another pallet, and explained I didnt want to load, & unload twice,(especially by hand). He did not hesitate to tell me that I would be doing that anyway. A little caught off guard I proceeded to inquire about the unused loader, & his help as an employee. He quickly asserted his authority and told me, "I can always go down the road", (referring to landscapers corner). If you are anything other than the owner you need to be fired. There is a bad google review from a reputable landscaping company because of your conduct, and you cost your company hundreds of dollars today, & thousands in the future, less this be resolved professionally. Needless to say, we left."

"Mr. Tracy is either not very knowledgeable about this business or he is simply unethical. I believe it is the latter. I came in to purchase 25 linear feet of stone edging and accordingly he “calculated” how many pounds that would require and loaded my truck. I know, I should have asked how pounds related to linear feet, but I trusted he knew what he was doing. When the foreman on the job site simply looked at the load he said “ that’s way too much” immediately. It turned out to be more than twice what we needed, almost 60 linear feet. When I tried to return the stone, Mr Tracy basically pointed to a small sign on the wall that said “No Returns” and wouldn’t take any responsibility for overselling his product to a customer that was relying on his “expertise “. I even offered a 20% restocking fee. “No, have a nice day” he said with a satisfied smile. These are the kind of people you do not want to give your hard earned money to. Go next door. As to your response. Just to be clear, when I say "I need 25 linear feet " of an item and you give me 60 linear feet, what exactly was I supposed to calculate? You were supposed to sell me what I asked for, not almost triple!! Furthermore, I came back two days later (not that it should matter)...after my foreman took one look and said "this is way too much". Lying betrays you..."

"Excellent quality products, I dare say some of the best in town! However this comes with a high price tag. Not much more in comparison if you call around, but they shake their buckets and give you the least quantity wise. That's just my two cents and don't take it the wrong way, I love going to Tracy's. Just be prepared to spend more and need extra."

"I've been buying topsoil for my garden from this company for a while and spent over $3000 on it. Recently I bought here stone for my garden, this stone costs only 53.00. When I was underway home I saw another company right next to them who was selling similar stone but of better quality. I bought it, and then came back to the former company and tried to return the stone. About 10 minutes have passed. But the guy in the office was so mean and said I couldn't return the stone, it's their policy... Despite me being their long-term customer. I just wanna let you know to be careful when dealing with them."

"We ordered several landscaping materials from Tracy’s. Last Friday I ordered some gravel and I told them I needed it by Saturday. Their staff who assisted me (Ms. Robin) was very kind and helpful. She was able to schedule my delivery that afternoon with no extra charge. The delivery guy (Jorge) was very nice too and he even helped me put the tarp on the gravel even when it was raining. Great service, highly recommended!"
