"I really did like the salon. It’s clean and the scenery is beautiful however the service wasn’t great. At least not from the nail tech I had. I had gotten a pedicure and she was nice but unprofessional. She was taking a bunch of private calls and walking away while doing my feet. I felt like I was gonna be there forever. Then when she finished with my toes she had scrubbed some of the paint off and left it undone. When I had told her and insisted she does an extra coat she told me the color was too light and that’s why part of my nail was not painted and told me to pick another color. She redid them however I’m still not happy with the finish product and I didn’t want to stay any longer so just paid and left. Very disappointed with the service but all the other workers seemed like they were doing their job it was just the lady who attended me."
"Horrible job! Went in and got shellac and on my way home it cracked. Went back two days later to fix it. Other nails cracked by the 4th day. Shellac on neither my toes or my hands lasted me a whole week. Never had that happened at any other nail place I have gone too"
"I love all of the nails technicians that work here! They all do an amazing job and for my experience I love booking with Linda! My nails last me 3 weeks and looks like 1 has passed! HOWEVER, I had booked an appointment well in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with Linda. It is disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and comfort. Overbooking not only inconveniences clients but also tarnishes the reputation of your establishment, as it is indicative of poor management and prioritization. I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that you will make the necessary improvements to avoid subjecting future clients to the disappointment and frustration I encountered."
