"I needed help with car keys. Great service!"
"We went to have keys made but saw whole lot more. Friendly staff answered all our questions. We also looked at keyless entry front door locks and they had a good selection. I went into the ladies room and had so much fun because they have a smart toilet by Toto in there. It's the kind that when you go in the lid lifts up The seat is heated. It cleans you, it dries you, And, it cleans the toilet. Loved it now I want one in my bathroom."
"I visited this location to have a suitcase key made, the original keys were lost, they had keys in stock that worked perfectly, in and out in less than 10min for under $20, I will definitely come back of the need should arise."
"I do not recommend this company nor would I ever choose to do business with them again. It took multiple attempts and visits to get the work we originally requested completed on our office suite with any quality. The handles were falling off a month or 2 after installation, the first visit we were told they couldn't fix our keypads, then the second visit magically it could be fixed. We never got all matching keys and now have 4 different keys to open our office which was exactly what we didn't want. They charged us every time they came out even though the work was "covered under warranty". I'm left feeling like the job was halfway done and they just got more money out of us because we had to keep calling to get it fixed. I am now still needing another door fixed that isn't working and have reached out to a different business this time to complete the work from over the summer."
"After a mishap with a lost key, I needed to replace a lock on my main, exterior door, and I needed it done ASAP! I looked up information on my door lock type, which was at least twenty years old, I knew what type of lock it was, and how to replace it, but couldn't find anywhere locally, (think big box home/construction stores,) to find the parts. After going to Home Depot, (see my review on them,) I was directed to Willis Klein Locks. They not only were able to talk to me about my lock, but had everything I needed. They even asked if I would need then to install it, or if I was going to do it myself. They were understanding, helpful, and very friendly. They saved me a lot of time and money, in more ways than just by providing what I needed."
