Nail Pro

"i go here quite often and the prices are great, but the results are not. every time i com here i end up not getting what i want, and the work is always just plain messy. it doesn’t help that when you ask them to fix something, you can tell they get visibly irritated. today i asked my girl to fix shaping on just one of my nails, and she just held up the file and made a face at me like i was stupid or something. getting nails done here is always stressful honestly, cause they don’t do the best job and it’s hard to say anything because you know you’ll get a bad response and the “fix” won’t really be fixed"

"On a whim, I just walked in and decided to get a manicure. I don’t usually do this type of thing, and I wasn’t sure if they were any good, or what the pricing would be like. My nail tech, TEARY, was. She was quick and efficient, and the end result was perfection. I’ve been back once more for me, and I brought my daughter for a manicure as well."

"I have been going to nail pro for awhile and this is the 1st time I've had an issue.. I walk in sign in wash my hands pick my color and design I go back up front and sit down, another girl walks in after me does the same thing and she gets in a chair before me. I had an appointment for 12:30 at 1:00 they finally asked me back. Everything is going great she gets to a nail she starts pulling at the side I told her if it needs to come off and be fixed that was fine she no no it's fine, I said ok and she went on. When she starts doing my design I noticed she started rushing through it, it was suppose to have little circles I barely have dashes my under nail is just totally butchered. I went today and tried to talk to them and I let them know that my nails were destroyed and all I wanted was an apology and some money off my next appointment.. She gave me all my money back and told me not to come back... I'm shocked. Here are the pictures of my nails and the recording of today.. (Jenny was the one who did my nails... )"

"This was my first time there, and they were amazing! They had me wash hands before even touching the pen to sign in (as was noted on their door as well). Very clean. The pedicure was perfect. I loved the little foot/leg massage they did and the massage chair was super relaxing, with a view of their fish. The gel nail manicure couldn't have gone better. They did everything I like, with no pain like I've experienced at some places. The lady that did my manicure was very careful to make sure they were done to perfection, and cleaned up all of the edges nicely and thoroughly. It was all done quickly enough for me to still run errands and make it to an event with time to spare. Will definitely return here and would recommend! *UPDATE: I've come here every time since and LOVE how she did my July 4th nails!"
