"This location is listed as a UPS Access Point with drop off/pick up option on their website. They refused to accept my UPS package today. When I called to inquire the reason I was told by an associate (Kimberly) at the store that they no longer accept packages for pick up. Yet...their website for this store location says "Drop off and pick up your packages with UPS tracking available...We'll hold packages up to 7 days, so you can pick them up on your schedule". I was told by store associate (Kimberly) that they have not accepted pick up option since Nov. (last year?) Fix your website CVS!"

"This eye ointment was expired 2 years ago . I showed it to the pharmacy staff last week. But today 05/02/2023 Tuesday I went there to buy the same ointment and I saw the same expired ointment on the shelf. They have a total disregard for their consumers safety! Be careful people!"
