"I had one of the worst experiences that put my life and even worse my daughter’s life at risk due to their negligence. I had my transmission fluid and oil changed here at Hill country Honda. No issues immediately after the service, but I parked it for a couple days. My daughter and I had to go out of town so we went in my car, while on the highway, my car seemed to shift out of gear and all the lights went off in my car and it was extremely difficult to steer. Luckily we were right before an exit and I was able to safely exit off the highway without accident. I had to have my car towed to hill country Honda and I called ahead to let them know. I asked if they offered tow services and they told me they don’t and I asked them if they do loaner cars because they wouldn’t be able to check my car until Monday. When the tow truck arrived they told me there was oil all over my car and it was also all over my tires as well. At the dealership, I was pretty upset so they asked one of the mechanics to do a quick check to see if they can see what’s wrong. I told them they had just serviced my care about a week prior and this was actually my first time driving it since driving it home the day of service. The mechanic came back and said it looks like it has something to do with the transmission fluid, which they had just changed. I told them if they messed up my car they should pay for my rental and for my tow truck cost because it was their mistake. Then the service guy tells me oh we have loaner you can use, just return the rental. I told him, I called right before and was told by a female employee that they did not have any available. Also, I could not return the rental, the place was closed, and I had already paid through Monday. He told me he would talk to the service manager and they eventually told me they would reimburse me. I sent over the receipts and they kept avoiding me. I even went to the service area many times and was told no one was available. They were just wrong."

"Horrible horrible. experience. I had a cracked panel on my car for about a week. Went to get my oil changed at this dealership. They didn't tell me they were going to wash it, and it ripped off this whole piece of the panel. Then they tell me they aren't liable and aren't going to do anything about this now exposed piece of metal on a vehicle i have had less than a year. Horrible. They pretend to care until they don't."
