"Donuts were hastily tossed into the bag and the filling was leaking all over the bag. I'm all for customer relationships but holding up the drive thru window to talk for several minutes was rude to the 5 cars that accumulated in line while they talked. Two customers walked in and were our before the car at the window ever moved. Could've gotten the same quality donuts at QT without the wait. Lesson learned..."
