"I did the theatre room, it was great except there was one part that didn't quite work so an employee has to come and fix it, but they were super nice and it was fine. Definitely recommend!!"
"Me and kids had a blast for our first time playing escape room. Bring at least one more Adult With you it’s pretty challenging with one adult with assistance from an 8 and 6 year old lol. Robby was amazing help giving us the breakdown and assisting when needed. Will be back."
"The staff was really nice, the idea was cool. The execution.... not great. Things in the room were broken, making it hard to really get started. The "clues" and "puzzles" were definitely lacking. Parking was a bit of a mess because it's located in a weird mall like...I don't know, conference room that's been converted? It's hard to explain, but it just wasn't what we anticipated. We were less than impressed, but again, the staff was really superb. I think if they hadn't been this would've been a 2 star review. Can't add photos because you can't take any lol."
"My family group of eight escaped the theater room with two minutes to spare. The room was well done and included a variety of engaging elements necessary to accomplish our mission. This review would be five stars if the customer service matched the quality of the room . Our host ( I don’t have a name because I don’t think he introduced himself) was difficult to understand and unhelpful. Opportunities for improvement: 1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival. 2. Read the beginning objectives clearly and consider leaving the guests a copy. 3. Let guests know how they can contact you before leaving them in the room. We had no idea how to ask for tips. 4. Update guests occasionally during the experience. We solved the puzzle with little time to spare and updates or periodically checking on us would have been so helpful! 5. Encourage guests to take a picture with the associated fun signs after the experience. Our host did offer to take a picture, but I had to ask if we could hold up the fun signs. 6. Thank guests for their business after the experience. Good luck! I like to see businesses thrive, and I hope this review provides an opportunity for customer service education."
