"This is the most unprofessional location I have ever encountered. I have over $1000 in credits I had accumulated and I was informed, after my appointment, that they had expired. I personally know you can simply “unexpire” the credits. The store managers, Nicole and Marissa, both refused to let me use my credits. The front desk attendant refused to give me her name when asked, and when I asked again she said quote “why would you need my name” and put me on hold. I will be reaching out to the owners and corporate for a full refund of my credits and the charge for today. Do not do business with this location nor give them your hard earned money. Also do not believe in them in good faith when they tell you your credits will never expire. This location does terrible business and I will be letting all of my associates know of this establishments customer service."
