"I have been seeing Gladys for about 6 months now for laser hair removal, and I have always been so impressed by her professionalism combined with transparency and honesty. I have seen her for myself, but I also brought in my teenage daughter who I was interested in treating for embarrassing hair on her upper lip. Gladys was very thorough with my daughter and she even suggested pushing off treatment to a later date so that it would be safer for my daughter's skin.
