"We went before they were closed and the girl at the drive through laughed me then asked our order then after told us they close in 60 seconds we can’t help you and then laughs on the entercom. Really disrespectful and not called for!"
"Horrible service, Waited almost 45 min to an hour for my order, Came out with an order and it wasn't mine. Waited 10 more min then finally. If I didn't pay already I would have left. I said something about the wait , and I was nice and appropriate and the guy shrugged and said.. Oh well man"
"My partner was just here to get 3 cherry limeaides. The first set she received tasted like all the carbonation was out of the sprite so she returned and asked them to fix it. She then received 3 new ones which taste like they were dumped and filled with mildly flat sprite. This place used to be pretty good. The service and quality of this place and surrounding establishments such as Rally’s are all terrible now. Etown is really lacking in quality and service these days."
"I generally do not leave a bad review unless it is a major mistake or I have had multiple bad experiences. This is one of the latter. A few months ago I stopped by at the drive thru and attempted to place a small order for two people. Of the four items I attempted to order I was told they were out of three. I canceled the order and went elsewhere. That brings me to this morning, I figured things had gotten better, wrong! I pulled up at 8:30am to be told they were only serving drinks at that time, no food could be ordered. I seriously do not understand how this place stays in business. This is embarrassing and unacceptable on all levels. I'm done going to Sonic in Elizabethtown, seems the only thing they can serve up is excuses."
"The food did take a little longer to come out to us, but it was fresh and tasted great! This location is really in a bad spot. It was a little stressful trying to enter and exit this location. It does have the average parking and ordering area as the other Sonics that I have been to, but if you come to this location during any type of rush, it will take a bit to get out safely onto the highway."
