"After running nonstop all day in the snow and traffic in Michigan, due to time, I came all the way to this location to eat. I arrived to this location at 7:45pm on a Thursday to find that the dining room doors were locked. Driving a truck, we can’t just pop through the Drive Thru. I’d parked the truck in the spaces in front of the Drive Through pickup window so they wouldn’t think I was just a pedestrian walking up. The temperature was 38 degrees and a brisk breeze as I waited for someone to notice me. By now there were other cars coming around for pickup as I stood there. Between cars, I asked the young lady at the window if they had closed early? Rather than offering to take my order through the window as others have in the past, she said, “yep” as the window closed. A very disappointing experience."
