"Nathan was wonderful! We were under the gun with selections, but he got us through it all. He helped us with stain and paint, explained so much and mixed up our samples to try at home. He also told us that for one of the things, another Sherwin Williams location had a better ability to help us test stains, so although it probably didn’t do his personal numbers any good, for the stain testing, he sent us to the other location. Totally put our needs first. Our builder asked us if we had looked at Benjamin Moore- we said we would only ever use Sherwin Williams now."

"I called ahead of time to see if my paint can be reshook and the man said yes. When I got there the man said there was too much paint on the can and that he can’t do it. I ended up taking the van to the location in Frisco and the guy there was OUTSTANDING! He shook it and sealed it with no problem and just said the previous guy was lazy. From now on I’ll drive 30min out the way to give the other location the business."

He gave me his opinion on paint sheens and even gave me a great tip on another store product I found. I wish more people were like him!"

"I went in for the first time today and I’d like to thank Christopher for being so friendly, patient and helpful. We’ve been stressed out trying to repair a wall from water damage in our new house, and learned that we couldn’t buy the paint the builder used. I called Sherwin Williams and they kindly talked me through my options and gave me instructions for color matching my wall. Then when I went in today Christopher had me fixed up in no time.
