"I haven't had this poor service from a provider in my life. The problem is the support staff, and their inability to want to take care of the patients. I have had to do the leg work to get my prescriptions filled everytime (this practice does not respond to pharmacy inquiries), and when I provide information that the insurance company and pharmacy gave me, they told me that isn't correct and that there is nothing they can do. I am not a Healthcare provider, but putting the burden onto the patients/customers is not a good way of running a business. I would speak to your reception (the older woman) and attendents on proper customer service. Finally, getting ahold of this practice is almost impossible, as previous reviews have mentioned."

"I don't normally leave negative reviews but this one is warranted. First, listen to the reviews, specifically regarding the phones & voicemail - that's the cusp of the issue (aside from general human decency). I culled it down to this: during office hours, the voicemail works however, calls are not returned (more on that later). But, after hours, the voicemail is automated and does not work i.e. you can't leave a message. Now, the cherry on top of this and why I've changed providers - I've never had a more crass interaction with a business than when I spoke to a receptionist here. I called one Friday to see about getting a few day re-up on my thyroid meds ahead of my appointment seven days later. I was called out for missing my last appointment two months ago due to having COVID (I rescheduled for the aforementioned appointment in 'seven days' or 2 months from the original) - when I mentioned 'why' I missed it (because of an illness) I was told - and I quote - "so you've been sick everyday for the past two months?" (Sidenote: isn't that a HIPAA violation to ask?) Life happens and, frankly, it's not anyone's business what else I am dealing with and certainly not to speak to me (or any patient or even any human being) that way. I knew I needed to end the call before I said something equally as nasty so I said back "I am not going to argue with you, please send in a few pills before next week, thank you and bye." The fact that I, the patient, had to draw the line of decency and manners is beyond me. Now, back to the voicemail, I had to call the office after they failed to respond to my pharmacy's request for an rx of tablets and not capsules (I've never had capsules so that was odd). After several failed attempts to leave a voicemail after hours, I finally left one during their open hours to no avail. I was going to keep my appointment just to let Dr. Flores know his voicemail doesn't work and his front office staff (or at least this one particular mature-of-age woman) is running off his patients but, since they filled my 90-day supply, I'm keeping my PTO and $200+ office visit copay and investing my time in finding a primary care physician where I am treated better than a pile of dog poo stuck on a shoe - shouldn't be hard because the bar is low."

"I would leave zero stars if I could. I didn’t even make it into be a patient before I left this review. The woman answering the phones deterred me from moving any further forward with this “practice.”"

"This place is great! I've been here several times for sick visits. I can always get a same day appointment and I am in and out of here. My Husband with a case of the 'white coats' also likes Dr Jonathan."
