"I normally don’t write bad reviews but this had to be shared. I am in an awe with how terrible this “place of bussiness” is. I don’t know how they are still in open with all the unprofessionalism i have encountered. Let me start of by saying they drill down about core values on day 1 but they do not follow any of them. When we apply and go to the interview they make it seem like this place is so professional and transparent but don’t be fooled by them! The way everyone treats the warehouse workers is unbelievable. For how much they work and extras they do during the day; I would think they would value them more. They are already paying them so low. I have been in some situations where I see the mistreat and I can’t speak up for jeopardy of losing my job. That is hostile. The office is all full of fake people. They not only talk about each other, they start rumors, and they are so rude to everyone. I am not naming any names; management know exactly who these individuals are and everyday choose not to do a single thing about it. Not to mention; some of them are from management. I just want my voice to be heard; many are silenced because they have a family to support. We deserve better."

"This place had absolutely horrible customer service. Walked into the place of business to get information on making purchases, a guy that looked like he was steroid out met me at the door, And told me that you just don’t walk into a place of business like that…? Then proceeded to try to start a fight with me! Did not even get a chance to check out their products"

"BAD REBUILD...Never Send u drill to b fixed...i sent my drill in to b fixed april 28th..it took 12 weeks of calling back to find out where my drill was..they kept giving a different reason..first waiting on part..2nd owner on vacation..3rd part has not been recieved from china..4th sold me another drill hand piece that had been discontinued at full price...5th sent me my old drill back ..did not fix cord witch was part i was waiting on...and said motor was bad...although drill was working with a slight short in cord..it came back in pieces and not working at all...when i called them they explained they could sell me a new one 20% off...i said i bought one from u and now ur telling me u can not fix either of them..what good is a warrenty if u cant fix it.. $600 lost...i have used this company for 20 yrs loyalty means nothing to them dont waste ur time or money on foreign company's that dont back up their products..expensive lesson learned.."
