"I absolutely love them doing my nails they make some of the most beautiful nails I’ve ever seen in they last over a month. My problem is is that there older men is rude and the young kid is rude."

"I work outside and rarely get my nails done, but when I do I expect then to clean under my nails. Also told me I couldn't get a design unless I did gel- AFTER starting my nails. Don't even get me started on the 5minute pedicure I got for my boyfriend (I paid for a deluxe w/ several minutes of massage that turned into 30 seconds.) Not the place to go. *responding to the comment, it was a month ago and google recently asked me to review. I am aware there are several pedicure options, I went with the second least expensive(and his feet started cracking again a few days later). I know where I went. I know I received poor service. I don't want compensation. I just want others to be aware."

"This is my usual nail spot but a few weeks ago I was traveling, tried a new place and was blown away. The other salon was able to do exactly what I asked for no problem (it was slightly complicated/detailed to be honest) for less than $65 with tip. (See Palazzio Nail Review) Fast forward to today and I just paid over $80 including tip for a gel fill with design and got NOTHING like what I asked for. I know I should speak up in person but time to sit and have the whole process redone is not realistic. I’m highly dissatisfied and will likely not return. Second picture is what I requested, the first is what I left with. *Updated 3/1/23* Upon seeing my review I was contacted by the salon owner and she offered to personally fix my nails. Just now leaving and so happy with the fix. Though inconvenient, I am very thankful for they’re willingness to make things better. Third picture is the fix."
