"Had a deeply disappointing visit at Bliss Nail Bar, which turned out to be my worst nail experience i have ever had in my entire life! Despite the salon's attractive interior, the service was marred by long waits, overpriced treatments, and poor quality. I spent six hours for a pedicure and gel fill, which were not only expensive but also subpar, with the pedicure leaving much to be desired and the gel fill being unnecessarily painful. The technician, Selena, was notably unprofessional, insisting on costly extras and displaying poor hygiene by working while visibly ill. Attempts to resolve issues with the manager, Jenny, were fruitless, met with dismissal and no apologies for the discomfort and poor service, including overcharging and billing for unperformed services. This lack of professionalism, customer care, and transparency has led me to decide never to return and to consider legal action for a refund and damages."

"I had a terrible experience at Bliss in RR on 12/16. Although I usually enjoy their services, the technician I had that day was extremely rude. I do not usually mind the prices because I receive high-quality work and a great experience. However, this time, the technician was not only rude but my nail, as seen in the photo, was messed up on the same day. I went back the following day (12/17) and although the wait was long, I was told that it did not dry properly, and they "fixed it," along with a few others that also chipped in less than 24 hours. But, on 12/18, the French tip came off again. Due to my work schedule and the holiday season, I was unable to go to the nail salon three days in a row. Therefore, I called the receptionist, but they were unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. I have already spent a lot of time and gas there, which is equivalent to getting a new set. Overall, I am very dissatisfied."
