"PLEASE put up a BIG sign WARNING about the shopping cart wheels lock up past a certain point when pushing the cart towards twin liquors. Luckily I didn't have too many heavy groceries today, but WOW! No warning and an HEB employee who saw it happen just pointed to the line and said you can't go past that line, I grabbed another cart and he told me the line to lock the wheels goes all the way out into the parking lot and then he kept on walking. Didn't even offer to help. I had to grab another cart and push it at least part way towards my car before it locked up again in the parking lot. Then I wrangled the cart with locked wheels to a safe spot out of the road. I love my HEB but this is a big FAIL."
"Love HEB, and love this location in particular, but they NEVER have guacamole. Not the made in house kind or any prepackaged brands. Just strange for a store in Texas to not have this key cultural food."
"At HEB, food is fresh, prices are affordable and the employees are awesome. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this location runs out of items a lot. I went there today looking for chabata rolls and they were out. They also sadly don't have the HEB fresh tortillas here, but that's not new."
"I love HEB, always have. But this location really pushes the limits. It is extremely common for them to be out of stock in what I would consider to be staple items; produce, bread, dairy products, etc. But, this week they were completely out of all meat. Not specific meats, just everything. Not sure what is happening at this location, but could not be a poorer reflection on the brand. Very bummed to live close to this location and have to shop here. About to start commuting elsewhere, or truthfully, switch grocery stores all together. HEB is becoming a low tier grocery store across the board. Sad to see this happen."
"For several years I considered this location my "home" store when I lived only a few blocks away. Recently I was in the area again and stopped in for a few items. I still felt pretty comfortable finding my way around, even though it's been nearly 4 years. Like most other HEBs, it's a great place to shop for all groceries and other stuff every Texas home needs. Sometimes the traffic can be a little gnarly getting in and out of the parking lot but being patient goes a long way."
