"I have been coming to this Randal’s location for over 15 yrs and the customer service has never been as bad as I experienced today….my children were with me and we were putting money in coin changer when one of my children accidentally leaned on door and the alarm went off accidentally so I waited until someone came to turn it off and explain that my child accidentally leaned on it and set it off but one of the employees who was in customer service desk started to walk towards us and gave my child a look of disgust and frustration and I then told him that I’m sorry my child accidentally set it off and we were sorry for inconvenience he once again just looked at us with frustration and anger!!! I then told him he had no right to treat or give us attitude for accident especially my child we then went and got our groceries and proceeded to check out while cashier attended to us very rudely and didn’t even treat us nor great us properly I was shocked and frustrated with poor customer service and just utter disrespect for me and my family who shop here regularly and spend our money here I will not shop here if this is the way customer service is going to be…."

"Randall’s has really stepped up their game. They are offering more fresh prepared foods and bakery items. Their prices are higher compared to HEB but it is much more convenient to park and navigate through the store. Their staff is generally fast and friendly and the store kept clean."

"The club price is a joke! Chicken is marked up to $20 for 2 boneless breasts and the they put a %50 discount on it. I spend %25 to %30 more at Scandall's! To top off my horrible experience they locked the bathrooms so I can stand in line for key code doing the pee pee dance. I don't need mutch more reason to drive past this grocery store to go to HEB. Randall's disappoints"

"I just started coming here and some of my family have been coming here for years. Some of the employees are soo nice but whoever is the floor manager near the cash registers is not good at communicating with customers and employees and is not a good person towards customers. Two employees told me I could use the restroom and even offered to open the door for me since they are now locked, which I understand. But the here comes this guy "floor manager" with a cheesy smile, happy to tell me no, I cannot use the restroom. The store still had 2 hours before they closed and I had to finish shopping for almost an hour hold my bladder which I'm sure I'm going to have complications from now on."

"For the most part this store has always met my needs. I have shopped here for years without issue. I have been patient but there has been some kind of change in the bakery department. Quality has gone way down. For example the sizes of many items have been cut in half but they charge the same. The cakes have completely changed in taste. I feel like they added more sugar and frosting to cover up a bad cake, and I do mean they taste bad. With bread, the signature select baguette went from being a nice crispy outer layer with a super fluffy inner layer to absolute garbage. I keep making a fool of myself by buying in this department hoping this will change. Taste has gone way way down as prices rise. Whatever changes happened in this department need to be reversed or at least reviewed."
