"The lady that did my nails was very rough. My fingers were sore for 3 days . I always leave with my fingers bloody from her using the Emery board way too rough. My left finger nail was bleeding. They do a good job but need to be more gentle."

"I went for a basic pedicure, but the lady did gel nails instead, charged me for that service. The nail polish didn’t even last for a week. I didn’t like the service and won't be doing my nails here again."

"I’ve been coming to Sassy Nails for about a year now, usually getting SNS plus extensions. Usually they are pretty accommodating and able to listen to requests for what I want each time, but for a few visits now it has felt very rushed and concerns from me (a paying customer) were deemed irrelevant. Today I got SNS plus extensions and the person doing my nails made the dip layers extremely thick. Usually this is okay because I work with my hands a lot in my job so I need them to be durable, but this time the thickness was incredibly uneven. When I asked for them to be filed down to an even layer, the person said okay, but didn’t proceed to do anything. Now they appear lumpy and cheap. Also the shape is a problem as well, as they look more square than I had asked for, which was round tips. As they began working, I noticed that the shape of the nail was way blunter than I wanted it to be. When I asked for a more of a rounded shape, like I had asked for originally, they filed the sides of my nails once but they still were wide like a square at the tips. There is also still polish that was cured to my cuticle as it was also not filed down and cleaned up. Not worth $55 plus tip. Unfortunately, I probably will not be returning."

"The only thing I liked was the girl who did my pedicure. She was real sweet and gentle but the two ladies who did my acrylics were rough. They kept tugging at my hands and aggressively filing my nails that it hurt and would burn my skin with her utensils. So the First Lady who was burning my skin off and being aggressive had to leave so someone else finished up. She left me with the acrylic all over my fingers and they were super thick. The next lady painted my nails and then filed them again… so my nail polish ofc came off on the sides. My nails can usually last me a week and a half to two weeks. I got these done on the 21st and 4 days in my middle one is already coming off and they all get stuck in my hair. Not worth it for almost $90. Also some of my nails aren’t even fully covered in the acrylic like they just missed the sides of my nails"
