"They did my eyebrows potato chip thin. I repeat POTATO CHIP THIN !!! This is 2022. These folks are still stuck on eyebrows from the 1990s and I am not having it! I don’t wish these eyebrows on my worst nemesis! I almost cried on my birthday because of this. Very unsatisfied, this should be a crime."

"The lady that was doing my nails was putting them on all crooked and I asked her to fix them she got mad and stopped doing my nails because she say she knew what she was doing when clearly she did a f up job so she stopped & told me to pay her $12 to get them soaked off my nails and didn't help me get this mess off at all I had to go to another nailshop so rude and unprofessional!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"

"First time coming here and nails were not shaped evenly, only had them for a week and they started falling off. One of them fell off and I noticed my nail was yellow so I proceeded to take off the rest the next day. Don't know what this might be. Not coming back."
