"They did a horrible job on my nails! I went there the day before yesterday and then yesterday. I wanted black with some chrome or to make it look metallic and the very next day the chrome already chipped off it’s coming off. I had to go twice as soon as I showered they chipped and the chrome messed up. I want them medium length oval shape and they made them way to short. Two different ladies assisted and messed them up. I don’t know what they did but this is not pretty nails this is sloppy. $50 down the drain now they won’t even refund me or fix my nails for a third time because they want to charge me extra. They don’t even deserve stars!!! I will be disputing with my bank."

"Very annoyed! I have gotten my nails done since I was 15 now 34 and never had this issue! I have went back to La nails twice to recorrect the color! For some reason the only color that's coming off is the ones with the designs. All others fine! The manager tried to blame it on me and I asked if she can just change the color since I did pay $100 she said no that's extra. This was my first time there and definitely last!!!!
