"This is the last straw for me. Everyone is rude and always rushing you when there is a new customer coming. Everyone has their pricing as well when you are ready to pay, it will be different to what originally told you. I come here because it's on my way to work despite the awful customer service. You can feel the owner how fake she is when trying to entertain you. I brought my toddler a couple of times and she is the worst person to be around kids. She seemed irritated when my toddler kept asking questions. This place is expensive too!"

"They already made me wait for 20 minutes and once they started the lady left in the middle to finish someone else’s feet and made me wait again for 10 minutes if you guys are busy just don’t take people in or inform them there is waiting instead of losing your customers by giving a bad experience.Also the pedicure and manicure both were pathetic came back with three of my cuticles completely cut in a bad way which caused a wound came out with 2 bandages on my finger :)"

"I got nails overlay with powder, really unhappy with service man was literally rushing I told clearly not to cut or file my nails because I was growing it for months I knew 3 fingers nails were short still he did. Filed all of ‘em n made it short. I said right away I’m not satisfied still nothing happened nor was apologetic. And it’s just 5th day it started to come off terrible service and behavior. Won’t go again or recommend to anyone go there"

"Very disappointed with this place. Michelle was very kind but the remaining of the service was not good. - I asked her to soak off my nails and NOT to rip off the old nail. She only soaked off one hand and ripped off the other hand regardless of the discomfort. - I also asked her to trim my cuticles which was NOT done. - She cut my fingers 5 times! I was bleeding. - The nails do NOT look like the picture. I did say not the gold in the picture but the black at the tips not how I requested. - I was quoted $45 but was charged $60."
