"The worst service I have ever gotten. They said their credit card machine was not working and asked me to pay via zelle. I payed and they said they didn't get it and kept on asking me to pay with my credit card. I showed them the zelle payment and they kept arguing with me. Please run away from this place."
"Trinh (I think her American name was Kristie) worked on me. She was great! The massage was probably the best I've ever had with a pedicure. Normally nail techs are super light but she actually applied a little pressure. She was also very clean. I will go back and recommend. I was going to include a pic of my nails but you can't really tell the great job she did in the picture."
"Unfortunately just another chop shop. They may sterilize their metal tools but they don't sterilize ant of their files, and reuse their drill bit bands that are meant to be thrown away after each use. I watched the woman doing my set use dipping power rather than acrylic powder, made the mistake of not saying anything and now 2 of my nails broke off not even 2 days later. They don't care about you, and they're don't care about your safety or health either. Do not come here."
"This is the only place I will get my nails done. Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. They always listen to what I want and always keep my nails short like I ask. Other nail salons try to talk me into longer nails citing the cost factor. I don't want long nails, just nice nails. However...they also do wicked long nails also. They do the most intricate designs! Their pedicures are the most relaxing I've had. I always have one while my nails are being done."
"Salon is now under new management. Crystal and another family member are the new owners. I have been Crystal’s customer for seven years and am excited she now has her own nail salon!!! I always receive compliments on my nails. Crystal expects the very best of her employees. Her salon is very clean and hygienic. She will not cut corners on cleanliness to save money. Once you have your nails done here, you will keep coming back!"
