"Great service in the sea food department. I got to try one of the meal simple ready to eat, delicious! Best thing, it was on the house."

"Why does service center open at 10am on Sundays? Is this a labor saving ploy. Maybe have an associate that can Check customers out at checkout lane but is cross-trained to work Service Center if needed. This way you won't have Service Center employee standing around if not real busy early Sunday. Some may want to visit Device Center earlier than 10am."

"Most of the time my experience at HEB is fine. Any problems I have aren't due to employees. Would be nice if they enforced the mask wearing policy a little better, but I know that's not entirely the employees fault either."

"HEB usually has all the items that you need anytime, but do to this weather that we had last week some necessities were out of stock (bottled water). That's alright you'll be back in the saddle as usual. Thanks you for always doing a terrific job!!!"
