"Arrived Friday for my apt 1 hour late and they refused to take me so I laid over and rescheduled for next day, arrive 45 min early they didn’t give me a door till 15 min after apt. Apt was 1800 both days. I’m still sitting here 6 hours later and when I go and ask why I’m still sitting there and my trailer is empty they are counting, restacking, and staging the freight and holding the bills hostage till they decide they are done. Just mark the bills subject to count and let me go…. This is ridiculous and unnecessary. I’m sorry but this is unprofessional to hold a driver like this and no facilities for me either at the docks I’m sitting at. Dont waste your time trying to deliver here."

"HEB DON’T CARE ABOUT DRIVERS WITH THEIR 2 HR CHECK IN BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY FORCED DRIVERS TO PARK SOMEWHERE THEN GO CHECK IN 2HRS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT AT THEIR DIRT YARD TO THEN MOVE AGAIN THE THE MAIN BUILDING LIKE DRIVERS HAVE THISE HRS TO KEEP MOVING. THEY SHOULD LET DRIVERS PARK AND WAIT AT THE DIRT YARD UNTIL THE APPOINTMENT TO ONLY MOVE ONCE."

"one skid 3 hrs unloading 1 hr waiting for papers because some protocols one from opening doors one from unloading one from counting product one from signing bills . people are you out of your mind .you have union OK but let drivers go unload and let drivers go .is that economical for the company do two trucks in 12 hrs . how can you build this country economy .i bet Europe is better organized i know people driving there with no holdups like this"

"Checked in and was given instructions where to park and wait for phone call. Called within 1 hour with dock. They have some inside construction going on so stay alert. Lots of traffic and tight docks. Just take your time. Doors open. Finished loading in 1.5 hours."

"Normally delivery is by appt. Truck parking along the street on frontage road. Separate buildings for specific deliveries. They have construction going on now 07/13/20 so docking is narrow but attainable. Unloading usually quick. Notification by phone for entry & departure."
