He did a beautiful job and was social and I enjoyed the conversation. Everyone there was great! Enjoyed being offered a drink as well. I had a mimosa and just made the experience fun."

"I came in for a gel set, matte black. When my nail tech finished she just got up and walked away. I called her back over and said that I didn’t think my nails had fully dried yet and they were incredibly bumpy. So I had her sit back down to fix them and all she did was buff out the top and then proceed to not dry them again. After once again, voicing my concerns about the gel not setting, she said she was finished. I went home and took a shower two hours later and my gel set immediately started coming off. Then when I went in for a refund, no one apologized or seemed at all empathetic to the fact that I drove 30 mins to get this set for an event tonight and my nails look like trash now. It was as if I was an inconvenience and somehow the one in the wrong. As someone also in the industry I found this to be completely unprofessional and infuriating. A gift card was given that was not valued at the price of the up-charge polish I chose. The lack of empathy and horrible customer service has never made me try so hard not to cry in front of a group of individuals in my life."

"My experience and my two services were the best and I will be returning to Deluxe Nails & Spa Morton Ranch. Not only was my refill and pedicure the best I’ve had in years but I received a coupon in the mail from a trip there in June with my adult daughter. Then when I checked out I got the best surprise, I got another coupon because they were celebrating the Lunar New Year and I got to pick an envelope off of a huge tree they had and it had a two dollar bill in it as well. I made out like a bandit. I was so excited leaving the salon. My nails looked great and I didn’t spend a fortune. I know were my new nail salon is❤️. My daughter said she always gets the best service here too for a couple of years. They came highly recommended."

"My husband found this place to surprise me for a mom day off and when I tell you he did a GREAT pick. Came here for gel manicure and pedicure and it was an awesome experience. It was first thing in the morning at 9am on Saturday and when I tell you it got packed quick. I would recommend to book an appointment just in case if your in a rush but everyone that came was attended and taken care of quick. They have a lot of chairs and nail technicians. I didn't like the color I picked for my nails and CHERRY did not make it a big issue at all in changing it. she didnt give me an attitude or make a annoyed face like most would instead she was patient took GREAT care of me. Definitely recommend"
