"Wont be back. Store crowded, went to get gas as i left the pumps so others could get in for fuel i stopped on side of parking lot to bring up maps, and security was very rude and told me to leave. For absolutely no reason. I was parked for no more that 2 minutes not in anyones way or blocking traffic. Should’ve just stayed at the pumps and had everyone wait until i was done..either way im done with HEB"

"Awesome groceries and met two young women that love to work for HEB I thought it was so awesome parking down stairs and my cart and I on the escalator side by side . Well I was taking pictures on my way out and theses two young ladies oh Velocity and Felicity I met them they love their work and that's just what HE. needs very friendly people that treat u like Family...I came here from the Valley I've been here for over 10 years been to several HEBs but this is my favorite."
"They lost a very loyal customer. Let me explain: Because prices are high now due to inflation, and I don't have very much money left for groceries after paying bills, I've decided to utilize every coupon and money saving strategies I can nowadays. Found out today that HEB does not price-match....other competitor stores do price matching, but not HEB. I removed the items that I wanted price matched, after confirming with 2 cashiers and 1 shift manager....Which is fine with me! :D I went to the competitor store afterwards and bought the items :) I'm disappointed. To say the least. I hope they reconsider the price matching option soon."
