"Went to fill a prescription for my child and was told by a very rude clerk at the pharmacy counter that it will take an hour or so to get it done! I mean, really? An hour for 1 item? She said that there were other prescriptions ahead which I understand, but why hold back customers when they have very few items to get? That is terrible customer service! And what makes it worse, she absolutely couldn't care about what I needed by turning away from me to go stock the shelves behind her! HEB, YOU SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE!!!"
"In God we trust hello beautiful nd handsome blessed HEB framily I was disappointed I ordered dog food I have a chiwawa they sent me a 16lb bag of LARGE DOG Food. I'm disabled with no way to exchange for little dog food! How can I get an exchange since I don't have a car just a wheelchair?This is not the 1st time ordering dog food I always get small breed! Help its too hard for my little dog!"
"Bare shelves Brandon strikes again...no cat food no dog food...no bread or tortillas! Thanks alot to hoarders that panic during a winter storm and to Bare shelves Brandon...we had to drive around town for our items...the security here is great... I dropped my wallet here once and they reviewed video for me...some dirt bag scooped it up right behind me...kept my 200 cash and tossed the rest...hopefully they didn't also steal... my identity....OH SNAP! Never did find it..."
