"I don't visit this HEB much. I had a good experience at the service center and will definitely return. 2/14/24- Had an amazing experience with Dani @ the floral department. She did a beautiful arrangement for that special someone. This was definitely one of the best I've ever seen at an HEB... GREAT JOB DANI!! Keep up the extraordinary work!"

"Every time I go to this HEB I say it’s the last time, but I keep going back because of the convenience. They are out of stock on basic things, like vegetable oil. We’ve ordered curbside a few times and I absolutely ADORE the people that work here but they’ve gotten my groceries wrong a few times, or forgotten something. I got the refrigerated mi tienda corn tortillas at curbside once and they had green mold on them. And the shoppers are ALWAYS rude, I have to put on my angry face when I come in. But that’s a separate issue."

"Employees have always been helpful. Even the beer delivery guy helped me out when I needed to find something for Instacart. Big selection of food, I love it!"

"This H-E-B is bad. On a Sunday at 2:30pm they have 3 registers open. One 15 items or less/fewer open and their 10 items/fewer open. The lines continue down the isles. Their CS has gone down. I don’t know who runs this store, but they can use better skills and hiring decent employees and hiring more people without being picky."
