"Frank, the butcher, is the sole reason I go here. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go to this location strictly for Frank. He’s so professional, helpful, and even remembers to ask about my family and newborn baby. He always gives great advice and selections, and will create personal cuts when requested. Never leave, Frank!"

"Even though it's small; it's one of my favorite locations in San Antonio! The True Texas BBQ restaurant is an added benefit that not many locations have. Updated; still 5 stars but I do think they need to reconsider the amount of spaces that are taken up for curbside pick-up; it's too many on the pharmacy side."
"Great! Hasn't changed. I'm not from Texas. And this a good store. I do miss having a little variety in the stores I choose. For example, I liked safeway and rosauers customer service."
"This is what was delivered to our house from this store. I cannot believe the lack of care by the seafood department AND the person that picked these items. They smelled SO terrible that the groceries smelled and my entire house smells like rotten fish. I tried calling the store and the "Manager" said her battery was dying. Instead of taking my name and number she hung up. Unfortunately she didn't seem to care to even speak or hear anything as all I was able to get out was my name. This isn't fresh or even CLOSE to being edible. I have ordered groceries from other HEBs without incident and have always been happy with the quality but this was pure carelessness and lack of care. $100 worth of worthless fish. Shame on HEB and their seafood department. What makes it worse is I call their 800 number and they're only responses I'm sorry you spent $200 on groceries that were worthless here let us refund you half of your order."
