"Most days this location does an amazing job. My experience today was an awful one. Cashier lady was rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be there. Meat department usually doesn’t take a long time to assist but for some reason today’s service was terrible. The nice lady came to greet and stated she be back. After 15 mins nothing. I left and was very dissatisfied! Hopefully it’s just this one day the service was just not great! Please HEB DO BETTER!!!"
"I can not stand this HEB! The employees are rude and very disrespectful for what seems like no apparent reason. Whenever I try to use coupons I have to pay attention and make sure they get used or added to my reciept otherwise they won't. Plus anytime an item is mispriced, as in false advertisement, they just argue and assume you are lying or that the item is in the wrong spot. Today I had this happen again and decided to take a picture just in case. Guess what it didn't matter. Even one of the managers didn't care that this is false advertisement and illegal to not sell for the price listed. But no one is going to get an attorney for a $5 item and they know that. Choose a different HEB to shop at."
"From the outside, this is one of the older stores. The inside is like any other HEB, it’s HUGE! Surprise that they have jack fruit. Normally would find jack fruit in an Asian market. They also have guava. The grapes are very fresh. Large selection of alcohol. They have a nice section of pre cooked food, just heat and eat. HEB gas is not Top Tier. The parking lot is small. Got to watch out for shoppers and other vehicles speeding through the parking lot. They have teenagers working as slackers!"
