"Tried to purchase a gift card for a friend who uses their service. They had locked the door (with customers inside) a full hour before closing time. I get it if they can’t take walk ins for services at that time but locking the doors to all customers is a bad look. I stood there for a moment hoping someone would might come to the door and I could just buy a gift card and go, but they avoided looking up. Lost $$."

"The lady that was doing my nails on monday was too lazy to add the colors i wanted so she convinced me that clear and simple was still nice. She still charged me the same amount (45) for these short simple clear acrylics. 4 days later one broke off already. Quality: 1/5. … service 1/5 as well. Never coming back again lol."
