"The BEST! They have made me feel like family here since the day I moved here and started coming here. Lan (owner and manager) is so helpful and welcoming and my nail tech Ty is incredible. Always knows exactly how to style my nails and make them LAST! Despite me beating them up. And the salon is so big, open and decorated beautifully. Highly recommend, best in the DFW!"

"If I’m being honest I didn’t like the vibes here at all. My 11 year old was charged $50 for the shortest nails which one fell off couple days later. I asked for overlay on my big toe couldn’t even do that I don’t understand why every time you go get your nails done they wanna do what you want. Cherry on top my nail is crooked! Horrible job will never be returning."

"I have been to many places to get my nails done as a college student, and I have never been as overcharged as this place for an OKAY job. First time I went with my Mom because it was really close by our house so convenience factor. My mom and I getting mani pedis was over $400 (We have gotten our nails done together multiple times and it has never costed this much)!! Even if it was that expensive they need to have price transparency, the lady doing my nails said a different number than the lady at the desk. Usually when you pick the pedicure glam package whatever - getting your nails painted is included in there. We had to pay extra 40$ on top of the their pedi package (THAT WAS NOT TOLD TO US). I can recommend you atleast 4 other places near Irving that do a WAY better job for a much reasonable price. All of that said, my nails were okay but they had gotten a bit long so I went to go get them removed - and when I have gone to the same salon where I got them done they remove it for free. I was charged $20 to get my nails THAT I DID THERE just taken off - not even filed properly, it hurt when she was drilling the acrylic off, and nails bed are super dry. Once again, don’t waste your money here - I promise there are other places (albeit a bit further) that do a much better job for a much better price."

"Extremely disappointed with the service at this nail salon. I paid $60 for a basic gel manicure, and by Wednesday, just two days later, the polish started peeling off. Although they offered to fix it, the quality was so poor that it wasn’t worth the hassle. This isn’t an isolated incident – even when I used to get acrylic tips, they kept lifting shortly after. Unfortunately, after several disappointing experiences, I won’t be returning."
