"I had stop going here a few years ago because I got cut before well I decided to give it another chance but ultimately I was not happy with my end results I choose to not get polish anymore I ask for them to fix a nail I had broken and the lady did over lay it seemed fine but after looking at it I ask her to file it down shorter but as u can see in the first picture they are not even it was thick as well so I came home second picture I fixed them myself which look much better I was hoping they gotten better with the years since last time i came"

"Came in to do a simple French tip on my toes and the guy who did my nails cut the side of my big toe nail. I told him it hurt and that he cut me and he just kept picking at it so I told him to stop and put alcohol or something so it wouldn’t get infected. He was in the process of picking dead skin/filing my nails and he kept trying to dip my feet into the water which he used to clean my feet so I told him I’m not putting my cut toe in there since it could get infected and he just kept trying to push my feet back in the water. I honestly should’ve stopped there but I decided to just let him finish since he had already done most of the work. I also didn’t notice he painted the French tips crooked until he had already dried them (I chose Gel) so I just paid and left because I didn’t have time to tell them to fix it. I paid $52 for crooked French tips and a cut. My sister got her toes done as well and hers turned out fine so I don’t know what was the problem. I will not be returning. (And I know mistakes happen but the employee who cut me didn’t even apologize and just laughed when I asked to put alcohol which really bothered me)"

"I have been going to this salon for about five years. I love getting my nails done here. They are always so friendly and very quick to fit you in for whatever you need done!"

"I’ve been going to this nail salon for quite some time since I moved to the area years ago. Recent changes in their business practice and employees have turned me off as a loyal client and customer, which is very unfortunate. Exorbitant price increases for simple procedures — This set costed me $75, which I found absolutely ridiculous knowing I have never spent more than $55 for medium-length French tips at this establishment regardless of the shape. This costed the same as a far more detailed and longer acrylic set I did just last month so I was truly baffled; distasteful and disrespectful attitude from certain staff, the older male tech in particularly— not the owner— when they go against client’s requests/ do not follow instructions and are respectfully asked to correct their mistakes. He proceeds to respond to you in his native tongue, and you can tell by his body language that he’s upset. Whatever he muttered last night while having to correct something at the end of a procedure because he didn’t do as asked at the beginning of said procedure, the technician simultaneously working on my hands responded “Oh, Lord” when she heard him grumbling before switching to their Native language to ease him. When you resort to responding to an English speaking client in a foreign language so they aren’t able to understand what you’re saying to or about them, after you were kindly and respectfully asked to correct an error YOU made, that tells a lot about your character. If you do not like your job, I strongly suggest you find another trade because you will cost this business A LOT of money in lost clientele. There are some amazing and kindhearted staff at Glaze, don’t get me wrong. Erica is VERY talented. Mike, Ana, Lilly, & Vivian all do an exceptional job and tries their best to make sure that everyone is content with service provided but unfortunately that doesn’t always go as planned. Last night’s experience was my last straw, and I will not be returning as a client for the new year."

"New to the area, have tried a handful of different nail salons & so far this is the best one! Friendly, offer nail designs and over all a good experience. Vivian was very attentive and friendly, has knowledge to recreate pictures. Also got their house pedicure very relaxing, the massaging chairs work really well. Small salon, reasonably priced, booking on the weekends is probably best. Will be returning!"
