"HAD to give it at least 1star to be able to write a review. These people are so rude. The cashier expects you to read her mind. The manager was being cashed out and her and the cashier were having the longest conversation ever, neverminding that people were in line waiting. The manager just stares at you with total disrespect. Super rude! Poor customer service!"

"Was denied 2 for $2 on Dr Pepper Products and after I took it off was told I could still use $5 digital coupon, was $.75 off. Great customer service! Guess it will be Dollar General or Family Dollar on Riverside."

"This store has such great customer service, the store is always cleaned and well kept. Everyone is always so eager to help me find stuff whenever stuff has been moved. This store has definitely improved since I was here a couple years ago. if I could give it 10 stars I would.... manager is very nice, great customer service skills. Will be back!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the most horrible experience at this store last Saturday. I planned shopping trip and was in the store for over about 30 minutes before getting in the line to check out. Since I had coupons and a toddler that was getting rather tired, I get the person go ahead of me. When the cashier show my printed coupons she says... I have to call my manager and see if I can take those. I said well the corporate website and the FD app you do but go ahead. She calls... We wait... Only to say no we don't take those coupons. I said, well let me see your store policy since it differs from the corporate policy. No, I don't have to show you anything. Yeah, you're right you don't but if it's different show me so I know the rules. No, we don't take them and I'm not losing my job. I said...let me talk to the manager. No, if you wanna talk to the manager come back tomorrow. I have all my items been in store for almost and hour at this point. We go back n forth. I leave. I pull up the policy and go back in to show the cashier. She reads it and says it doesn't make a difference. I ask that she call the manager so I can speak with them or to read the policy since apparently it different then the corporate policy. She goes on about the manager's off day and other customers. I didn't want to be a bother so I said I'll wait and sat down. She went on about her business. When she started to put my items back I said hey way, I still want to get my items. She said you need to leave or I'll call the police. I didn't feel as though I was doing anything wrong so I said go ahead and she did. Started recording my experience...the got completely upset. Rolling her eyes. Calling someone on the phone. Telling them I'm recording. I never recorded her just myself and my son to show for the record that I was calm amd not causing a disturbance. When the police arrived she finally has the phone # for the regional manager. The police read the policy and ask her something. She was like, I don't know all I know is my manager says we don't take those. The police ask if he could talk to me outside. Get my info and gives the riot act about the law trespassing and criminal something or another although she was in the wrong I should have left. Luckily, I left and was able to talk to the regional manager. He confirmed the policy and establish that the cashier should have accepted the coupons as long as the met the criteria (which they did). I never made a scene she said I could go to another store. I was like why would I waste my time if they aren't gonna follow the corporate policy either. Needless to say, two hours later... The manager spoke with the employee and I was able to purchase the products. I was embarrassed, humiliated, and my time was wasted plus I'm probably on file with the police in the city I pay taxes all because an employee didn't know policy. Yes, I should have left when asked but at that point so much was wrong. Won't go back."
