"The first 2 experience with Liz were great! The third experience the guy that answers the phone didn't get my appointment correct, I called to get an appointment with Liz he booked me with Brook instead. Brook was cool the first time she did my nails. I called again to make another appointment weeks later for a Saturday morning, the guy answered the phone again I asked does Liz work Saturday mornings he said ya at 10, so I asked does Brook work Saturday mornings he said ya she gets here at 9:30( I had to be somewhere at 11 that's why I went with Brook again). I arrive he informs me Shes running a couple minutes late. Okay cool I start to soak my nails. 10:00am comes around she walks in the door goes to the back to start eating. I ask the man again where is Brook? She comes out, I speak; all she says is what color do you want? She comes back on & off her phone still didn't acknowledge that she was late no customer service. She got an attitude because I didn't understand the question she asked about my nails. When she was done I said Thank you, she didn't say anything. When it was time to pay I asked for a discount (because I booked my appointment with her at 9:30am, she didn't start my nails until 10:10am). If that was the case I would of booked with Liz. Anyways back to Brook she was rude told me I wasn't getting a discount. She didn't apologize for being late or anything in that matter. She started to get loud & tell me no I'm not getting a discount. She said she had a bad morning (she mentioned something about her windshield). I explained to her you knew you was going to be late that somoeone Should have called me that's why yall you ask for name & # when I made an appointment. Anyways the guy comes up & gives me 5$ off. I understand people have bad days, you don't treat your customers this way!"

"Texas nail lounge review Came to get a simple nail take off and dip from Texas nail Lounge in Pantego,Tx this morning The owner sat me down and began the soak off of my nails. Shortly after I sat down and began the soak off, Liz comes and removes my hands to check the progress. Immediately she starts saying “ ooooh my god” deep sighing and rolling her eyes. Grant it I hadn’t come back for some time. However, that didn’t give her the right to treat me how she did next. She started to berate me saying I didn’t know I had acrylic nails. How I couldn’t have conveyed that to the owner? I informed her that what I asked for wasn’t what what she thought. I never said I didn’t have acrylic nails. I said I requested to soak these off and dip my natural nail. She then said well it’s going to take longer to soak of acrylic or there’s a way to do it faster but you won’t keep your natural nail. I reiterated I want to keep my natural nail. She then tossed my hands back into the bag , clipped the bag that now has cold liquid in and asked me if I want something to drink. Here comes the best part…she goes back to her station and beckons another tech to come over so she could vent In Vietnamese!!!! While they’re talking the other tech glares in my direction the entire conversation. I sat there contemplating paying for the nail removal and leaving never to patronize their establishment again, and still may not. I’ve come to this salon several times and never have I been treated in this manor. Absolutely Ridiculous I tell you. You never know what someone is going through only to be treated less than. It’s a shame."

"I like this place but why do the nails stick out like this. Also while I was getting my nails done the nail tech was sighing like she didn’t want to be there or something, also these were 90 dollars they’re either scamming or doing something these ik are NOT worth 90 dollars"

"I respectfully went to this place showing them an image of nails posted on THEIR website & told them I wanted those, as I reposted [the french tip with ½ cheetah print] ... this lady VEE VEE or ViVi had an attitude from the beginning... told me that if I wanted that design it would be $50 .. I guess as a scare tactic because it would be straight GEL . no French tip nail - just straight white gel & gel cheetah design .. I said, you know what ... I still want them. As this lady huffed & puffed - she proceeded to RUSH & add the white gel ... I stopped her instantly. I said: "it seems to me that you do not want to do my nails. Find someone who can do this design with patience..." She stated: we can't do that design I said: "what do you mean? I found this design on YOUR website.... so you want to charge $50 for straight gel ..." I took pictures of my nails as she was trying to grab my hand to remove the polish!!! I told her nope, I refuse to go outside looking like a clown and yet you want to charge me $50. All I know is use this place with caution. They do not do the designs posted on their website, clearly. I paid to soak off my nails [$12] & respectfully left. Stop playing with people's money - inflation is real!"
