"I used to love this place but the work has started declining rapidly. I have had multiple visits where they don't paint all of the nail, and refuse to fix it. This time they did a full set and left a huge gap between several of my cuticles and the actual acrylic nail, which looks horrible! They then painted after I said I was unhappy, and used a partial matte... I say partial because again, they refused to cover the nail so it looks shiny at the top and bottom, with matte only in the middle. I told the owner (wife) and she said too bad. Not coming back."
