"We are on our 7th show and we couldn't be happier with the time and energy and care the NYT family has poured into our kiddos! ❤️ My son did not get cast for his first show and that was hard, but the staff encouraged us and prayed for us and he made the next one! My kids made Ensemble and worked hard for their first 5 or 6 shows. The NYT Studio teachers taught them tons and helped them reach their goal of getting named roles! Amazing to be on the NYT journey. "NYT has been such a great experience for my daughter and I. We have both made many new friendships, and she has become much more confident. We have also had lots of opportunities to celebrate joy and to grow through disappointments. Even though she has never gotten a lead role, she has grown in so many ways, and everyone we have met has been SO encouraging. I have always appreciated that the directors do their best to get kids on stage as much as possible, even if they’re in ensemble or chorus.
