"I first found Direct Surfaces when I was looking to build a desk with a granite top. They have remnants and I was able to find a piece that was perfect for what I was looking for. I worked with Alejandra who also helped me find a business that made the base for my desk. Because they were so helpful, I used them for my entire house. I was building a home at the time and needed everything - counters for the kitchen, backsplash, tile for the bathroom walls, bathroom floors, counter surfaces for the bathrooms, laundry room and for the outdoor BBQ. The supplied every surface and the flooring for every bathroom and the laundry room. Communication Alejandra and the company was always excellent. If she wasn't available by phone, she would return calls or text message. And when the time came to finish up my house build, they were able to get all of my counters fabricating right away to fit with the builders schedule. After the house was finished, we decided to put in some bookcases and wanted to have granite counters for the cabinets. Again, I was able to go back and pick out some remnants and once the cabinets/bookcases were ready to be installed, they were quick to come out and install the fabricated counters. If they don't have it... they can get it. And the communication with Direct Surfaces and the people who do the installation was amazing! I have already used them for three projects and there is no question I would go back to them for any surface needs. "The quality of the work they do is outstanding. We worked with Alejandra on designing and scheduling and providing quotes, and the new quartz countertop install was incredibly efficient and well done. Aurelia and Vladimir did the show stopping mermaid tile install and everyone is blown away by how beautiful it is.
