They sent someone out right away to look at the roof and talk with our insurance. The insurance adjuster was late and they waited patiently for them to show up so they could go over everything with them and then again with me. They provided pictures and worked with insurance on replacement costs. They came out to replace the roof and started at about 7am and were done by 4. They worked extremely efficiently and did an amazing and thorough job. I will call them for every roof I ever need. "After having worked with Travis and Michael for many years doing occasional fixes on our roof we were finally able to pull the plug and get a new one. From the beginning, Travis had great communication and Michael came out and walked the roof with our adjuster as we had had hail and wind damage.
