"Honestly the staff is extremely unfriendly, one guy asked me if I needed help and I was like yes I need to find this thing. Holding up and handing to him what I needed he just pointed down an aisle. Then I tried to get help from another person and they were extremely unfriendly and I tried to explain what I needed showed him the piece and he did not understand what I was needing. But told me I could always just order it from the manufacturer. It was a nut and bolt. I will not be returning to this hardware store. Terrible"
"Good shopping experience. Needed some stihl equipment and these guys were the only ones open this late on Saturday. They don't have everything I was looking for, but what I was able to get will get me through the weekend jobs I have ahead. One of the gentlemen even offered to order anything else I needed. Very good"
