"I have been here a few times and often times my nails and feet turn out amazing. I went today and absolutely did not like the way my feet looked when the tech finished. I expressed that I was not please and a new tech came with no hesitation and observed my issues and immediately fix the problem. I love the service I have my favorite techs and travel a bit of a distance for the service. I understand all business will have issues I’m pleased with they way they handled things!!!!!!"

"Relaxing atmosphere with a full bar. The appearance of the nail salon was organized and neat. It's not as fancy as some the other nail salons I've visited. The customer service was a little off. I wàsnt greeted until after I had been there almost 20 minutes. Even after I was seated I sat in the pedicure chair another 17 minutes before the service started. The nail shop I normally go to would run water and turn the massage chair on while I waited for service. They lady did an excellent job on my pedicure. It was very relaxing. I had asked at the start of the service to have my eyebrows done but ended up leaving without my eyebrows done. The lady who was supposed to do my brows left the shop. I'm guessing it was the end of her shift. At the end of the pedicure the lady announces that she has someone available to do my eyebrows. I declined as I was tired and didn't want to wait for anything else. I have a back injury and need to get home to stretch out. The place didn't seem busy enough for all the waiting I did. I commend me for being so patient. However, when I'm in the area again I will give the a second visit to redeem themselves. The pedicure was outstanding so I willing to a second visit."

"I went here to get my nails done. I called before entering to get the prices, lady told my $15 for a kids and full set was $35-40 ok cool I go in and they tell me to pick what I want for color. I pick color and they start doing my nails when it comes to color they started doing clear when I confirmed they'd be doing the color I asked for they said it's $25 extra I was confused because I've never been to a Salob that charges for the nails + color (I asked for dip) they wanted to hand paint it- so I told them it's fine no color. 40+ 25? NO DESIGN. NO THANKS. I got clear nails and paid $48 because +$5 more for the top coat ?? We charge for too coat. You didn't want to finish it? Come to pay the child service is no longer $15 it's $38 They charged for nails, color too coat + fake nails for a child that didn't get fake nails. I tried reasoning and telling them. Never coming here again. They up charge."

"I will NEVER go here again! They expect you to pay so much money but want to do your nails how they want to. So I went in for a full set and a pedicure for my toes and he decided to do a fill in over the nails I already had when I told him I am not able to get a fill in because I had dip. He still decided to do what he wanted so I want till he finished completely to see if it looked decent and it didn’t and when I asked him how much is my nails he gone tell me $50!!! I told him I didn’t like it so he decided to clip my nails off angry and clipped my actual nail and when I was explaining to him he told me he had to clip my actual nails to get it off and I could go somewhere else. I left and went to a whole another nail shop. Nails are to expensive to not get what you pay for! DO NOT GO HERE! I’m going to post my nails he did and the other nail shop. Also when I asked to speak to manage everyone was like he is the manager! Very unprofessional"
