"I had my prescription transferred to this location. I was told meds were not in stock. Before I left store I checked again and miraculously they had part of the meds. I was told to pay in full and pick up next day. I called next day before Frito location and was told meds not available, they were never ordered?? Now I have to wait another day. The staff that originally gave me misinformation was rude and unfriendly. The Pharmacist who gave me partial and told me to come next day failed to place order. This is so frustrating and unacceptable and unnecessary. This is my last transaction at this location!"

"One of our neighbors went there and had someone actually try to steal her cellphone in the parking lot. When she told the employees, they said “We know, he’s out there all the time”. Seriously???? Time to go somewhere where they know what a trespass order is and care about customers safety"

"I am so upset!! I drove to Albertsons out of my way for a pickup and they canceled my order without notifying me. That is poor customer service. After I arrived I sat 15 mins in the pickup area just for them to tell me my order have been canceled. I could have ordered from another store and saved my travel time. I will NEVER order online at an Albertsons store again. Poor customer service. The manager said its nothing he can do. ??? Poor customer service. If they are out of stock. They should let the customer know!! I would have been ok with ordering somewhere else. But now I have to go back online to to find another store. This is sad. Never again!!!"

"I've been living near the Sycamore School location for a little over 8 years. It was convenient when they use to open @6am on the way to work. Which I'm wondering why are all the other locations still open @6 but the Sycamore location opens @7am. Can y'all please open that one back up @6am? Also, when it comes to sales, the Sycamore location doesn't keep enough stock of the items. I would go there on a Wednesday after work and what I'm looking for is already gone. I usually have to go the Oakmont or Burleson location which i shouldn't have to. You're supposed to order more than usual of what is on sale. I also to buy those individuals cakes from the bakery but don't anymore because they don't dress them up like they use to but would still advertise them in the ads like they use to look. Fir example, the cookies and cream would have a cookie on top or the German chocolate would have a circle of chocolate icing with the pecan on it but now it's just cake and icing with nothing extra added on themand want to basically charge $3 for them...nope. please open back up @6am, get more sale items in stock (take pointers from Winco if ya have to because they keep their sale items in stock constantly) and do better on your cakes (individual slices) because what they look like now is not worth $3 but should be a $1."

"This Albertsons is so nice. It has a wide variety of food and household items. It has a deli, pharmacy, and bakery with items that are made daily. You can get your covid shot and other shots here. The employees are nice and answer all your questions. The aisles are clean and everything is so organized. I really like this store 10/10 would recommend"
